Your body goes through massive changes through pregnancy, delivery and the fourth trimester. Through this beautiful time, some changes are completely normal, and others are not. For example, “leaking” when you sneeze, cough or exercise is common but not normal.

Post partum rehab is extremely important as it provides you with the support and tools to strengthen, engage and recover your body properly.

Working with a post partum rehab specialist, you will have focused exercises and breathing techniques that will restore your core, pelvic floor, glutes and postural muscles.

Your rehab will be specifically tailored to you and your needs, based on an extensive questionnaire and consultation with our therapist.

All exercises can be done from the comfort of your own home, in the clinic or your gym. You can even have your baby join you!

Sessions are typically 1 time a week for 4-6 weeks.
